LINK DOUBLE VOUCHER PROGRAM!
The Woodstock Farmers Market is pleased to announce it has been awarded funding from Link Up Illinois to start a double voucher program for Link customers at our market. The program is administered by the Experimental Station in Chicago and the funding comes from the United States Department of Agriculture.
SNAP (LINK in Illinois) shoppers can now receive a 1:1 match of Double Vouchers for purchases of SNAP-approved produce, essentially doubling their buying power at our market. We will be able to match up to $25 in vouchers (once per market) giving LINK card users a boost to their purchasing power when they use their SNAP benefits. Only fruits and vegetables may be purchased with the double value vouchers.
