Rush-Mar Farms is owned and operated by a farm family in Woodstock IL. We specialize in premium Berkshire and Duroc pork, Black Angus, poultry, and Chocolate and regular milk.
Our journey into growing microgreens began as an idea to improve the health of our family. Understanding that whole foods, fruits, and vegetables are the best source of nutrition, we realized that microgreens often contain even more essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than fully grown produce. After growing our first batch of microgreens, we happily discovered that our whole family loved them, even our dog! That’s when we felt confident this adventure in microgreens could grow into something even more. 🌱 With lots of love, planning and practice, we expanded our growing operation to offer our delicious microgreens to you!
