To place an order online for pickup at the Woodstock Farmers Market go to http://www.roedgerbros.farm, choose the “purchase” tab, on the purchase page select the items you would like to order from the drop-down box, then choose Woodstock Farmers Market from the pickup location drop-down box. Then click on the “Purchase with PayPal” button (you do not need to have a PayPal account). You will be prompted for your email address, and then to put in your credit card information. About a day before the next market we will send you a confirmation email!

Our 1872 farmstead is located just outside of Whitewater, WI. We raise registered, pure-bred Nubian goats, organically-grown herbs and organic, free-range poultry. In addition to milking goats, we infuse fresh, aromatic/medicinal herbs into olive oil and use a cold-press extraction method to release their valuable properties. These natural ingredients find their way into olive oil soaps and herbal balms and sundries for you and your family.

What is a Knot?
The Taralla, known as the Lemon Knot, originates from the heart of Palermo. Our Nonna Rosa took this family recipe with her when she immigrated to America in the 70s. With the consistency of a scone/cake, this cookie melts in your mouth. Daniela Tereza, Rosa’s daughter, thought, “Why haven’t we tried other knot flavors?” So, Daniela went to the drawing board. With input from our customers, we have made the Lemon, Almond, Strawberries n’ Cream, and Chocolate Hazelnut Knots our staples.
